Qurate Retail - Completed Case Study (Installment III)

With the second investment analysis completed for Installment III, this pack is meant to simulate an on-cycle opportunistic credit case study. We analyze Qurate's capital structure to find which tranche (if any) provides dislocated value for investors. The pack includes the following:

1) ZIP file containing quarterly financials, lender presentations, industry primers and case study instructions.

The finished product (inside the ZIP file) includes:

1) 15 page PowerPoint presentation detailing and analyzing a) Qurate's business model  and product offerings, b) historical financials (breaking down their topline contraction and margin deterioration and cash flow generation), c) carving out a core investment thesis for the business and, d) modeling out the Company's intrinsic valuation. 

2) Excel that contains all of the backups to the PowerPoint presentation including the models behind the likely scenarios
